Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This page explains what information Kelly & Clark Group collects, what we do with it, and when we delete it. We have tried to say it plainly. If something is unclear, write to us at hello@fieldworkdrafting.com.

What we collect

When you fill out our intake form, we ask for:

  • Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
  • The name and general location of your farm or ranch, and the type of operation.
  • Which service you want and a description of what you need done.
  • Any files or details you choose to send so we can do the work, such as program notices, lease copies, business plans, financial statements, bookkeeping exports or photos.

Some of what you send may be sensitive, especially financial records. Please send only what the job requires. If you are unsure whether to include something, leave it out and ask us first by email. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or passwords unless we have specifically asked for a document that contains them and there is no other option.

How we use your information

  • To prepare your quote and reply to you.
  • To prepare the documents you ordered and send them to you by email.
  • To answer questions about your order and to correct our work if it needs correcting.
  • To keep basic business records, such as the fact that an order was placed and paid.

We use your documents only to do the work you hired us to do. We do not use your documents, or anything in them, for marketing, and we do not publish or share them.

How we store your documents

Your submission and the documents we prepare are kept in access-controlled storage and are available only to people who need them to complete your order. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise. Email in particular is not a secure channel, so please keep that in mind when deciding what to send.

90-day deletion

We delete the documents and files you send us, and the drafts we prepare from them, 90 days after we deliver your finished work. This gives you time to ask for a correction or a revision. If you would like your files deleted sooner, email us and we will delete them and confirm by reply.

We may keep a short record of the order itself, such as your name, email address, the service ordered, the price and the date, for as long as needed for our business and tax records and to handle any dispute. That record does not include the contents of your documents.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need in order to run the business, such as the email, form-handling, file storage and payment services we use, and only to the extent they need it to do their part. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use a small number of cookies or similar tools to keep the site working and to understand, in general terms, how many people visit and which pages they read. We do not use this information to build individual profiles, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your files before we finish an order may mean we cannot complete that order.

Children

This service is intended for adults who run or work on farms and ranches. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
